Qualifying School 2021

Tour Card Holders and Participants in the Final Stage of Qualifying School in the Order of Meritnew


In 2021 again an UK Qualifying School and an European Qualifying School will take place. The UK Qualifiying School will be played in the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes, the European Qualifying School in the Ostermann Arena in Leverkusen. Both will be staged under Covid safe conditions. The Qualifying Schools will be played in two stages. Those players who'll lose their Tour Cards end 2020 will be exempt to the Final Stage of the Qualifiying School. 29 tour cards will be available.

The first stage of the Qualifying School will probably be played in February. To take part in Qualifying School the players have to be 16 years old on 4. January. Each day one tournament will be played and the top four will progress into the Final Stage. Should more than 256 players register Stage One will be split into two with one group playing from 8. - 10. February and the other from 11. - 13. February.

The second or Final Stage will be played from 14. - 17. February with 128 players in each event. The following players will take part in the Final Stage:

Qualifiers from the First Stage of Qualifying School (however many are needed to make up 128 after the above three criteria have been fulfilled)


The last two of every day of the UK Qualifiying School and the winners of every day of the European Qualifying School receive a Two-Years Tour Card. Further Tour Cards will be awarded to players pro-rata from the UK and European Qualifying School Orders of Merit.

Award of Points Qualifying School:
For every win from the first round onwards the players will be awarded with one point. Should two or more players be tied on points after the four days legs won and leg difference will decide between them. If the players cannot be split a play-off will be organised.
