Dane Vladimir Andersen started to play darts in 2003 and first played mostly on the BDO/WDF Circuit. He was
already a successful youth player. His first tournament win came in 2010 when he won the German Gold Cup. 2012
he won the Dortmund Open. Beside he reached good placings in other WDF/BDO events and was often nominated for
the Danish National Team. Since 2012 he played on the PDC Candinavian Circuit as well. He qualified for the
BDO World Championship 2016 but was removed from the field of participants after he was suspended by the
Danish Darts Union. In the following years he only sporadically took part in tournaments but played events
of the PDC Nordic- and Baltic Tour.
2022 reappeared Andersen in the PDC Qualifying School and won a Tour Card by the ranking - as first ever Danish
dartsplayer. He plays still on the Nordic and Baltic Tour and won one of the events both in 2022 and in 2023. He was invited by the PDC
zo the Nordic Darts Masters 2022 and 2023 but both times lost first round. 2022 he for the first time took part in the
PDC World Cup - together with Andreas Toft Jörgensen and he will represent his home country again in 2023 this time with Benjamin Drue Reus.
