Ritchie Edhouse started his darts career in the BDO where he reached the last 32 in the BDO World Trophy 2015 before he switched to the PDC. 2016 he won a Challenge Tour
event and reached the last 16 on the European Tour once. 2017 Edhouse got a Tour Card in Qualifying School, but was not able to keep it though he qualified in 2018 three
times for European Tour events. So in 2019 he returned to the Challenge Tour and again won one of the events. Beside he several times moved up in Players Championships when
not all Toru Card Holders registered and again qualified for several European Tour Events. His results were good enough to qualify by the Pro Tour Order of Merit for the
PDC World Championship 2020. It was Edhouse's World Championship debut and he lost Second Round to James Wade. By the Challenge Tour Order of Merit 2020 he won his Tour Card back.
There were only a few highlights in his first three Tour Card year's but in 2024 Edhouse improved a lot - qualifiying for the first time for the World Matcplay and the World Grand Prix and reaching later
rounds on the Pro Tour. But it was nevertheless a huge surprise when he won in October the European Championship out of the blue. He moved up under the top 32. of the PDC ORder of Merit.
