Austrian Christian Goedl started to play darts in 2008 and in 2018 for the first time took part in the PDC Qualifying School without success. In the same year he qualified for his first PDC European Tour event. 2019 he again tried to get a Tour Card but failed again and played on the Challenge Tour. Goedl qualified for a second European Tour event. After his third failed attempt in Q School 2020 Goedl disappeared for some time and only reappeared in November 2022 to play the East Europe Qualifier for the PDC World Championship but lost in the final to Sebastian Bialecki. He took part ion the World Masters the same year and qualified for the WDF World Championship 2023.
