Japanese Tomoya Goto so far rarely appeared in international tournaments. 2019 he qualified for the PDC World Youth Championship and in 2022 and 2023 he was part of the Japanese team in the PDC World Cup - 2022 together with Toro Suzuki and 2023 together with Jun Matsuda. 2023 Goto won two events of the PDC Asian Tour and by this qualified for the PDC World Championship 2023/24.
