Sam Hill is one of the young players who came over the PDC Youth Tour to the Pro Tour. He played the Youth Tour in 2011, several times reached the last
16 and once a semi-final. He qualified for the Unicorn PDC Youth World Championship and played himself into the quarterfinals.
2011 he qualified as an amateur qualifier for the UK Open.
Hill took part in the PDC Qualifying School 2012 and won himself a Tour Card. Till than he plays both the Youth Tour and the Pro Tour.
In April 2012 he again stood in the semi-finals of a Youth Tour Events. He took part in the UK Open 2012 and qualified for the
second event of the PDC European Tour.
