As a youth Robbie Knops took part in BDO/WDF events but then played for many years only locally. 2020 he
for the first time again took part in an international event - the Dutch Open - where he lost in the Last
64 to Brian Raman. Two years later he tried his luck without success in the PDC Qualifying School and
the Qualifier for the WDF World Championship. He again took part in the Dutch open - this time reaching
the Last 32 and played on the PDC Challenge Tour and a few European Tour Qualifiers. 2023 he again
entered Qualifying School and this time won as one of the day winners a direct PDC Tour Card. Now
he plays on the PDC Pro Tour.
