Young Englishman Luke Littler is one of the upcoming English players. Among others he won 2019 the England Youth grand Prix and the youth event of the Isle of Men Open. 2020 he defended his Isle of Man Open title and played with success on the JDC Tour. Due to the Corona pandemic he played several online events with success. In 2021 he won the England Youth Open title and after that the Irish Open. By this Littler with only 14 years sensationally qualified as seeded player for the WDF World Championship 2022 where he reached the Last 16. Beside he won in 2022 the World Masters Youth, the WDF World Cup Youth and several other youth and seniors tournaments.
As soon as he reached the age limit he started to play on the PDC development Tour in March 2023 and won several events. By the Riley's amateur qualifiers he qualified for the UK Open and played himself into the last 64. Im November 2023 he won the final PDC World Youth Championship. In the PDC World Championship 2024 - for which he qualified by the Development Tour Order of Merit - Littler sensational reached the final. Since January 2014 Littler plays with Tour Card the PDC Pro Tour, won the Premier League,the World Series of Darts Finals and the Grand Slam of Darts and collected Players Championship titles and titles on the European Tour and on the World Series.
