Dutchman Willem Mandigers started to play darts in 2006 and plays on the BDO Circuit since 2009. 2013 he played without worth mentioning success the PDC Challenge Tour after he had in 2012 reached the final of a PDC Youth Tour Event in Holland. 2014 he concentrated again on BDO/WDF tournaments, reached three times a semi-final, stood under the last 16 of the Winmau World Masters and finally won his first tournament - the Turkish Open.
Mandigers qualified for the BDO World Championship 2015 but already lost in preliminary round against Daniel Larsson from Sweden. He again qualified for Lakeside 2016 and will play against Scott Waites in the first round.
