Mark McGrath was born in England but moved to New Zealand with his family in 1981. Between 2001 and 2006 he returned to England and qualified in those years three times for the Winmau World Masters. McGrath is quite a successful player on the DPNZ Circuit and once reached the final of the New Zealand National Championship. 2014 he won the New Zealand qualifier for the PDC World Championship 2015 and will there have his World Championship debut in the preliminary round
