Hazel O'Sullivan - born in Kilmore, Ireland and living in Dublin - first appeared as a PDC Walk-on-Girl during the World Grand Prix 2010.
22 years old Hazel was "discovered" by the "News of the World" which she represented for several years and which sent her to the Miss Universe Ireland 2008 where she reached the final.
Hazel is well-known in the Irish party and glamour scene. She was befriended with deceased boxer Darren Sutherland and later rapper Coolio.
Today she works for the model agency assets.
