Darryl Pilgrim qualified 2017 and 2018 as amateur qualifier for the UK Open before he for the first time and without success took part in 2019 in the PDC Q-School. So he played with not too much success on the Challenge Tour. The year 2020 followed the same pattern and 2022, 2023 and 2024 he once again stayed without a Tour card but he started to improve on the Challenge Tour, finally won an event and moved up several times on the Pro Tour as replacement. 2024 he for the first time qualified for some European Tour Events. In 2025 he returned to Q-School and finally got his Tour Card.
