Martyn Turner plays darts for over twenty years though for a long time without real success. From 2006 he for a few years played the PDC Pro Tour
with a few Last 16 matches as best results and took part in the UK Open but never got further then the Last 64. 2012 Turner took part in the
inaugural PDC Qualifying School but couldn't get a Tour Card. He returned in 2013 - this time with success but couldn't keep the Tour Card. So
Turner played for some time the Challenge Tour reaching once a final. He continued to take part in the Qualifying School never getting his Tour
Card back. Turner decided in 2022 to try his luck on the WDF circuit and in 2023 won the Isle of Man Open and the Welsh Open. He qualified for
the WDF World Championship 2023.
