Young Dutchman Niels Zonneveld plays since 2018 the PDC Development Tour and won one event. 2019 he joined the European Qualifying School and got a Tour Card. Since then he plays both the Development Tour and the Pro Tour. So far he was more successful on the Pro Tour. Beside Zonneveld qualified for a few European Tour events. 2020 the Dutchman for the first time qualified for the Players Championship Finals and caused an upset when he eliminated James Wade first round. By the Rest of the World Tour Card Qualifier Zonneveld qualified for the PDC World Championship 2021 and lost at his debut against William O'Connor in the First Round. He returned for the World Championship 2022/2023 but again lost first round.
Zonneveld lost his Tour Card end of 2020 but reagined it in the European Qualifying School 2021 by the ranking. That happened again end of 2022 and again he regained it in qualifying School 2023.
