Before Colin Osborne started his darts career he played table tennis for the English national team and was in his youth member of the local
soccer club. Besides this he is a yo-yo champion and plays golf and snooker in his spare time.
In 2005 Osborne joined the PDC and in the same year he won two Pro Tour Events and threw two Nine-Darter. 2007 he for the first time took
part in the World Championship and reached the quarterfinals. In the same year he stood in the semifianls of the UK Open in Bolton.
The next two years were not as spectacular. He had quite good results in the Pro Tour tournaments but no success on stage in the Majors.
It took two years before Osborne could take up his old form - he played himself into the final of the UK Open and won the
Championship League Darts, his first Major tournament.
