Justin Pipe who never played darts after his youth, appeared on the PDC Pro Circuit in 2008 after he had managed to qualify over the Pub Qualification for the UK Open Final in Bolton.
In his first one and a half years he played rather inconspicuous though he got known enough to be become the third PDC player to be sponsored by the British SOD forum in 2010. He qualified by the Wild Card Qualification for the Grand
Slam of Darts 2010 where he stood for the first time on the stage of a Major tournament. Thanks to his achievements he qualified by the Players Championship Order of Merit for the PDC World Championship 2011. With the exception of 2019 he took part since than in every World Championship. In 2012 he had his best run in the tournament and reached the Last 16. 2013 was another good year for Pipe who for some time stood under the top 16 of the PDC Order of Merit. since than different privat problems affected Pipe who slid down the rankings despite showing some good performances on the Pro Tour and qualifying for a few European Tour events. In the second half of 2019 Pipe's form started to improve.
